FS2 have been learning all about Normanby and the local area. We had loads of fun visiting two local cafes last week and enjoyed juice and biscuits! We did a super job writing about our experiences this week!

FS - World Book Day!
Here are some photographs from World Book Day. The children came to school dressed up as well-known book characters and shared their favourite books!

Year 6 - Fantasy Creatures!
This week Year 6 have been creating their own fantasy creature! The children have been making their animals from a variety of others. They then came up with a name for their creature, taking into account the features it had inherited. The children then planned, drafted and wrote an explanation text on how to care for their new pet. Keep an eye on your local pet store - you never know what you may find!
